"Cure by Design is a premier social event hosted by the American Cancer Society and supported by corporate sponsors throughout central Virginia. The monies raised through Cure by Design support cancer research, as well as free educational support programs and patient services.

Cure By Design, developed and coordinated by New York designer Alex Garfield, brings the fashion, design and retail communities together with the local corporate community. The focus of this special event is a fashion show that spotlights designer fashions and, more importantly, the local cancer survivors who model them. The survivor models demonstrate the daily progress being made in the fight against cancer, and portray a message of hope for a cure."

In the wake of the tragedy, we wanted to honor them and find a way to continue to let their lights shine. With this purpose in mind, we started the Reagan and Jax Cohen Memorial Fund. Its mission is to seek out and support the organizations that best improve the lives of children, by making an impact on their health, welfare and/or general well being. All of the generous donations to our fund are used to accomplish this goal."
