HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed that day and will ship by the next business day via UPS.
Customers will be notified with a tracking number at the time of shipping.
CAN SHIPPING BE EXPEDITED?
Yes! We offer a flat UPS shipping rate of $10-$20 (depending on your location), but you can request expedited shipping. At the time of checkout, please put a note in the special instructions section specifying the preferred type of UPS shipping method (Overnight, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day). You can also reply to your order confirmation e-mail with a request to expedite the order.
We will respond to your order with confirmation that we have received your request to expedite and that your order will be processed. An additional shipping charge will be applied to your credit card at the time of shipment with cost depending on chosen method, ship to address, and package weight.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, but will gladly take anything back that does not work for you! Please fill out the RETURN REQUEST FORM within 30 days of the purchase date of any items you wish to return. A pre-paid UPS return shipping label will be issued via e-mail within 1 business day of your request.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Each item must be in unused, unworn condition with original tags, hanger and plastic garment bag. Returns that do not meet these guidelines are subject to a re-stocking fee.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received by our warehouse.
We apologize that we do not do exchanges. Please send back the items that do not work for you and place a new order for what you would like!
DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
We apologize that we do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items. We run sales and special promotions often, so please check back frequently!
I AM LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC STYLE. HOW DO I FIND IT?
If you already own a Peace of Cloth garment you love, look inside for the white care label that contains the style #. You can type the style # into the search box to yield results (do not use any spaces, dashes, or the # symbol Ex - 49P119). You can also search for the name of the style, or the fabric content. If you still need help, you may CONTACT US for assistance.

MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN A CERTAIN COLOR. WHEN WILL BE IT AVAILABLE?
We update our web store inventory on a weekly basis. If you do not see the color you want in stock right now, it may become available at a later time. We recommend that you check back periodically to see any additional colors that may have been added. You can also contact a specialty store in your area that may have the item in stock, or may be able to special order it for you. Additionally, you may CONTACT US and request to be kept on our waiting list. We will send you an e-mail when the item becomes available again!
