Peace Points FAQ

WHAT IS PEACE POINTS? Peace Points is a way for customers to earn rewards by shopping at POCNYC.COM.

HOW DO I SIGN UP? In order to participate in the Peace Points program, you must CREATE AN ACCOUNT. If you have placed an order with us in the past and already have an online account, you are automatically enrolled with Peace Points. You may LOGIN to your Peace of Cloth online account to view and manage your Peace Points. 

HOW DO I EARN POINTS? Points are earned by shopping online. 1 point is earned per every dollar spent. Once you reach 1000 points, you will be eligible to access a $150 coupon code to be used on your next purchase. Make sure that you are logged into your Peace of Cloth online account while making any purchases in order for your points to be applied.  

HOW DO I TRACK MY POINTS? You can track and mange your points by signing into your account HERE and viewing your dashboard. Once you are signed in, you can access your accumulated points, points history, and any available vouchers. A widget will also appear on the lower right hand side of the screen showing your current Peace Points balance. This widget can also be used to access your dashboard. 

HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS? Your Peace Points dashboard will notify you every time you earn points. Once you reach 1000 points, you will be able to get your reward. This must be done via the Peace Points dashboard. You will be given a unique coupon code on screen to use on your next purchase. Copy the code and paste it into the promotions box during checkout. Points will be available to use after a 30 day time period. This is because we must give you 30 days to return items purchased online. You cannot use points until after the allowed return window has been closed.

DO I LOSE POINTS IF I RETURN SOMETHING? Yes. For every dollar we refund you, the corresponding number of points will also be subtracted from your balance.
