Returns / Exchanges:

Peace of Cloth gladly accepts the return of unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased from for an exchange or full refund. All original product packaging and tags must be in tact. Orders not meeting these guidelines will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective item, which we will either replace or refund at your request.

Peace of Cloth does not accept items returned from independent retailers. Please contact the original retailer where the purchase was made to complete this type of return.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free return shipping and customers will be refunded for their returned merchandise less the cost of shipping if a return label is provided to them ($20 Alaska & Hawaii, $40 PR).

Return / Exchange Procedure:

  • Request your free UPS return label by completing the form below.
  • A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. 
  • Your return label will be sent to you via email. Return requests submitted Monday - Friday before 3pm EST will be replied to the same day. Requests submitted after 3pm will be replied to on the next business day. If you do not receive your label within this time frame, please check your spam box.
  • Print your label and attach it to the packaging. Please also include your original packing slip in the box.
  • Drop the box off at your nearest UPS store. 

Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive confirmation via email when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to apply to your bank account. 

Exchange orders are processed within 10 business days of receipt and shipped via UPS ground service. You will receive confirmation via email when your exchange has been processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
